Simplicity and freshness are key with fun textural elements and seasonality at the core, changing regularly in accordance to what produce comes through from the market. Above all our food is delicious and nourishing. We make a lot of things in house and work with Common Ground Project and local small-scale suppliers and producers for the rest.
